Adding a delegated user’s folder
When adding another user’s folder, you have to use the advanced option to add the user’s folder because Entourage is currently accessing the server at webmail.itsgrp.com/exchange/currentloggedinuser@domain.tld which means that Entourage will attempt to access another user’s folder at
